One million stars for The Hanover Hollywood!!! I used the amenities for my 30th birthday party recently and had the best night of my life. We got to use the clubhouse and outdoor grill and the manager Liz made the entire experience so easy for me and enjoyable for my guests! Common areas are always clean, staff is so kind, and the views can’t be beat.

Cody did an outstanding job fixing my air conditioning. As always, he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional while working in my home. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and paid close attention to the small details that many technicians tend to overlook. His care, skill, and consistency truly set him apart. I really appreciate his work and couldn’t be happier with the service.

I never really leave reviews for apartments, let alone just after a tour, but I just had to today because of Taryn! From the get go she was happy to start my tour early, and she was thorough and such a good listener when going over my preferences for my move. Throughout the whole tour Taryn had such an amazing energy, you can feel and see her passion for helping people find the right living space for them. Her honesty as well as her willingness to work with my needs made me feel at ease knowing that she had my best interest in mind. Honestly, Taryn could sell me a house if she wanted to. Management @ Hanover Hollywood, you have such a gem of an employee on your team and she’s going to go places! Thank you Taryn for the amazing tour that honestly felt like a hangout with a good friend. ❤️

Update: 3/9. I received a call from Darren today apologizing for the inconvenience. He was apologetic of the delays and the entire situation. I appreciate the apology and his follow up on my review. Therefore I’ve updated my review. However, I still don’t believe the business deserves 5/5 stars from me personally. It is still disappointing for the unnecessary delays and no response from leasing staff to multiple emails. Reviews seem to be the way to get their attention if you need it! Interestingly, despite the phone call there still hasn’t been any email reply. Since we have signed a lease elsewhere I am not looking for their response however just an observation. Forgot to leave my review! The leasing managers are great people so if this was a review about them, I’d give them 5 stars. My problem is with Hanover property management and their way to scam residents. Be expected to pay close to $1k for cleaning if you choose to move out. Vendor management doesn’t make sense especially for the lack of service in restoring key amenities in a timely matter. Do your due diligence in understanding the full cost but personally you can get a better deal elsewhere - coming from a 24 years resident of the city.
