Hanover Dilworth

I’ve lived at Hanover Dilworth for about over year now and have had a great experience. The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and I especially love the community spaces like the courtyards and pool area. One of the standout parts of living here has Morgan in the leasing office. Morgan is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She always takes the time to answer questions and make sure residents feel taken care of, and she brings such a positive energy to every interaction. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. I recently moved from a one bedroom apartment in the budding to a two bedroom apartment and she made what could have been a very stressful process into a smooth transition. I recently moved to the Hanover and have had several issues from electrical to plumbing, which I hope will be resolved soon. However, Ms. Dee and Bernard have been amazing. Miss Dee is THE best! As soon as I receive a package, she brings it to my apartment before I can get downstairs to pick it up. She makes the experience living at the Hanover Dilworth worthwhile! Please keep her.

My roommate and I just moved in about a month ago and we have really enjoyed living here so far. We have been working with Morgan from day 1 and she has been extremely helpful. She has answered all of our questions and has held our hands each step of the way. We had some issues on move in day, but those were quickly resolved once we got into touch with the right people. The building is very new and updated and the amenities are great. Would recommend living here!

I’ve lived at Hanover Dilworth for over a year now, and I can honestly say I’ve loved my time here. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The leasing office is always attentive, caring, and supportive, anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help and incredibly kind. Liz, the Property Manager, does an amazing job fostering a positive sense of community and ensuring residents feel heard, valued, and supported. You can really see the care she puts into the property and the people who live here. If you’re touring, Morgan is absolutely the go-to girl. She’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and makes the entire touring process feel seamless and stress-free. You leave feeling confident and excited about choosing this community. I high

Expectations do not match up to reality. We have lived in the building for two months and the problems we have encountered are surprising for a new 'luxury' building. Upon first impression, the building appears all shiny and new. It is interesting they ask you to rate the building after a tour. The building amenities are nice to look at and offer multiple places to relax and play with your neighbors. That is a big plus, and that is the rational for the 3 star rating. All of the building staff are welcoming and attentive; especially the concierge staff and Morgan in leasing. The property manager does get things done; but first you have to get through her defensive and condescending style. We have had different issues with our apartment from the day we moved in; some resolved and some not
