Real estate agents get paid after the sale/purchase of a house. Logic would say that a buyer's agent would push you to buy a house as soon as possible. Hank is different. We moved to Atlanta 6+ months ago, naively assuming that we will purchase a house in (max) 2 months, and our kids can attend the local schools at the beginning of the school year.
