Haney Creek Crossing

I scheduled an appointment online to view one of the homes, and initially the communication seemed good. They were responsive by text and confirmed that my appointment was scheduled for Saturday, February 28 at 2:30 PM. I live in Lake Worth and drove over an hour to get there on my day off. Unfortunately, when I arrived, no one showed up. I called multiple times, but no one answered. There was no way to reach anyone by email either. I waited and tried contacting them, but received no response at all. As someone who works hard five days a week, I value my time. It was very disappointing and unprofessional to make the trip and have no one show up or follow up. This is by far the worst place I have ever tried to tour. I scheduled FIVE separate appointments, and not once did anyone show up. No courtesy call, no follow-up, no accountability. On top of that, no one ever returns phone calls. It’s incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine how they handle actual tenants. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I’ve only been living here a few months with my family, and I already have complaints. We have multiple work orders that still haven’t been completed. When maintenance does come, they give me a date they’re supposed to stop by, and it never happens. Then it takes over a month for them to show up again. I work from home and have kids,so this is very annoying. Now we have a dishwasher that doesn’t work at all and looks like it’s about to fall out, and our fridge doesn’t work either. They don’t pick up the phone, and work orders aren’t answered on time. We haven’t even been here half a year, and so far I do not recommend moving here. Haney Creek clearly lacks maintenance staff, and I’m pretty sure there’s only one person handling everything.

The place is beautiful and my family and I love the place outside of the fact that we have outstanding work orders that were supposed to be fixed 2 months ago, the dishwasher doesn’t close, the floors are lifting up, and the fridge doesn’t work. Whenever I try to contact anyone who works here or call the number it will not get answered and I never get a call back. The maintenance guy has been here many times and none of the work orders are fixed. When he is here he will always give us a date that he will be back by and never comes back.

I lived at Haney Creek Crossing for some time and really enjoyed the community. The staff was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was responsive whenever I needed assistance. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, making it a great place to call home. Unfortunately, I had to move out because I needed to take care of my mom, but I would definitely recommend Haney Creek Crossing to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to live.
