Always prompt and efficient with work orders, friendly landlord and office staff. Very inexpensive and roomy. More storage space with a large pantry/laundry room, walk-in closets, and linen closet than I've had in any other place I've lived in Athens. You can be to campus/downtown in 10 minutes. Mostly families. We were lucky and got a unit with a little back/side yard which has been very nice. I've really enjoyed living here I highly recommend it.

We lived here for 2 1/2 years. AWESOME landlords. I seldomly had to call maintenance but every time I did they came out the next day. If I submitted a request at midnight, they came out by 9:00am.... Every single time. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and professional and Stephanie is the best!!
