I have dealt with 6 separate real estate transactions with Susan Longman over the years. I have recommended her to my friends and they ALL have been treated better than one could expect. Susan is very straightforward businesswoman and does not sugar coat the facts and the expectations of buying and selling property. She is my one and only agent for 25 years. My experiences have always been professional, and very pleasant. I recommend her highly.

Susan was very prompt in returning phone calls and setting up an appointment for us to view the property. I feel her inadequacies lie in either feeding us incorrect information or in just wishing to land the deal without respect for business ethics. We were told we were the "only ones interested" and would have a good chance in securing the home should our application be accepted. This was important to us (as she knew), because we are military and are on a short time line to move. Within a period of less than 3 days, Susan's staff failed to inform us that there was a hang up of getting in touch with our current rental office. Instead of supplying us with that information so that we may assist, we received a phone call from her office assistant Kim, informing us of this at 1pm on Frida

NEVER! would I recommend this person! My son & daughter-in-law live at a property in Hampton Va where this VERY RUDE woman susan longman is the property manager. This house always has issues & it’s always extremely difficult for them to get help from susan when it’s most needed! After returning home from out-of-town the house is 95 degrees tonight & they have a new born baby. susan tells them she’s not dealing w/ anything tonight & said she was done with the call & hung up. WTH?? This is a business women supposedly... a property manager?! As a home owner & realty investor myself I would be furious if I thought for one second someone was managing my properties the way she does or speaking to my tenants so rudely. Her attitude is horrible. Do yourself a favor & keep searching for a property

I was looking for a place to move into right away. As soon as I seen a condo posted that I was interested in, I email this property right away. The next day I seen this listing posted on other sites so requested to be contacted on those platforms as well. Two days later I call. Susan seemed very rude and when I told her my name she said oh yea are the who who has sent so many emails. ( in which I never got a response ) I was told she would call me back and never did. I call back 4 days later inform them I am still interested in this property and asked if I could go ahead and apply since I was told the property was currently getting new carpet which is why I could not view. This company both Kim and Susan are liars and I wouldn't rent a damn thing from either of them.. trust me they will take your money and then try and sue. But thank god my parents had their receipts and documentation. She still screwing them over with something on their name that we have a receipt indicating it's already paid. So have to take them to court to remove of their names. Worst people ever and will lie
