Hampton Plaza at Kessler Park

I recently toured an apartment at Hampton Plaza at Kessler Park, and I was genuinely impressed. Everything was super clean, beautifully maintained, and very organized from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the experience truly felt like five-star service. Alice, the leasing agent who showed me around, was absolutely wonderful. She offered me water, was so sweet, and made me feel welcome right away. She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and you could tell she was happy to be helping and proud of her work. I sincerely appreciated her time and kindness. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left feeling very positive about the community.

The management team, Perla and Alice, are incredibly responsive and professional — any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Jorge from the maintenance team is always reliable and gets things done right. The neighbors are friendly, and the building is quiet and secure. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live!

I walked in today simply to acquire information on the property. Upon walking in I was greeted by two lovely ladies. Perla the property manager and Alice the leasing agent. Perla made me feel right at home from the beginning very welcoming and optimistic that I had found my new home. Alice provided me with precise answers to all questions I had also went above and beyond showing me everything I needed to see in this tour. I think I just found my new home!

After a year and a half of living here I can confidently say I’ve never lived in a place that feels like it wants find excuses to tow your or your loved ones’ cars as much as this one does. If you ask a manager for anything all you’ll get is a “There’s nothing we can do”. While my car is registered I’ve been towed 4 times all for infractions that should’ve been a phone call. Stay away from this place unless you want to worry about whether your car will be there in the morning and you’ll have a $200 fee waiting for you

I recently toured this apartment community and the customer service from the leasing agent, Alice, was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. She even offered me water and made the whole experience super comfortable. Definitely a great first impression!
