Hampton Creek Apartments

I lived here for almost 4 years and had a pretty good experience, especially as a first-time renter in my early 20s. I cant remember her name, but a light skin girl with blonde hair that sits in the front office was always so kind and helpful. Special shoutout to her. All staff were great though. Maintenance was quick, usually next day after request was put in. Both move-in and move-out were smooth. Prices were reasonable and its a great place for single tenants or first-time renters. The only downsides were occasional parking lot flooding, limited guest parking, and thin walls/floors. Planning ahead before storms was annoying. Overall, I enjoyed living here and only moved because I needed a quieter and bigger space and wanted to get away from the norfolk flooding. Would recommend overall

Same thing, different location when it comes to apartments. People don't pick up after their dogs -even though there are poop bag stations in the complex. Parking needs to be better enforced. Someone turned the visitor lot into a used car sales lot, which I thought was hilarious. Also, someone decided to park in the middle of the parking lane and block cars. Unfortunately the tow company won't come out unless someone is in your space. Glad it wasn't an emergency. I haven't lived a whole year at this place before my bike (which was properly locked up) was stolen. My parked car was side swiped (hit and run) in the parking lot. Leasing office caught it all on camera but wouldn’t share the video to me so I can give it to my insurance or the police. At least I have something left to remember H

This apartment complex has issues with how they manage water. If you do not want outrageous, water bills that make absolutely no sense I highly recommend finding another apartment complex as they are ripping people off. It’s been a known issue by maintenance and management since I moved in September 2024 with no resolution. Apparently, they’re under new management and matters are only getting worse. Prior management knew what was going on and would make adjustments . although I know I was still being overcharged new management could care less. On May 5, I was told my water bill would be adjusted and to pay my monthly average which I never had because the water bill was always messed up! Now today, May 13, I’m receiving notice of failure to pay rent. This apartment complex is a joke. Save

Property manger, is very helpful and tends to her residents with respect and shows us she us there to assist with our needs

My experience a spring Creek apartments Was kind of shaky at first or in the middle but I'm hoping and praying to God that things get better so I'll be able to move on in a different apartment unit or while I'm here to be able to have a sound mind and a silent tongue with do all respect respect hopefully we'll all see eye to eye it's rough at times for me and for others too Claudia Copeland at 420 fort Worth avenue apartment 5 you all have a blessed day.
