Hampton Creek Apartments

Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. Overpriced and they don’t care about their tenants. I had a newborn and our heat went out. I had to buy a space heater because it took them a month to look at the unit and another week to actually fix it. They also prioritize sealing the parking lot and redoing their crappy pool area over updating the apartments. Also when they sealed the parking lot, they towed peoples vehicles to move them out of the way. I watched them move an Audi Quattro… if you don’t know, that’s an AWD vehicle and they had the tow company lift it and move it anyway. I spoke to the owner a few days later and he told me that he was having trouble with his car ever since that happened. If you are looking for a place to call home… take this review as a warning and look

The staff is friendly and responds to concerns in a very timely manner. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are done every week like clockwork. Every few months free food is given away at the office (in addition to the free daily snacks). It's been a good experience living here this last year.

Horrible apartments, not to mention they are extremely overpriced but the maintenance crew is Horrible. They dont actually fix anything, had 4 water leakes that flooded the apartment that they couldn't fix, broken heater, they painted over food from the previous people that stayed in the apartment. Maintenance likes to act inappropriately towards femal tenants. Stay away from Hampton creek apartments.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were really nice at first but that changed quickly. The tennis courts were ok but tons of trash all along the edges. The pool was always filthy the bottom would have chunks of algae. The bottom of the sink in the bathroom was like drywall with black spots all over it. I could go on for days about how many packages were stolen from me it's not a nice neighborhood. They don't enforce any type of parking so you will have cars parking directly behind you and blocking you in. They can't even keep a maintenance man so expect waiting weeks to months just to fix things. They never even changed the doggie trash can the whole year I lived there.

We’ve just moved in about a month ago, and I’m so glad we decided to choose Hampton Creek. The amenities are great, and the apartments have been freshly remodeled! The buildings are a bit on the older side and do show some of that, but that’s better than some of these new apartments that have paper walls. The neighborhood is in a lovely area, tucked away from town, but not far from anything at all. Despite being beside the interstate, I don’t notice it at all. Eli and Aaliyah are so sweet and incredibly helpful. They care about the experience everyone has as a community. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a pet friendly home!
