Hampton Court Apartments

We toured yesterday and it was beautiful. Spacious apartments with an awesome pool and they even have a fitness center! Ms Brandi and Ms Erica were also extremely nice and helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly and concisely. 100% the nicest office-people I have dealt with out of all the apartments I have lived in/looked at. Extremely excited for moving here!

Terrible experience. Me and my sister were given the runaround for weeks after applying ($175 fee), just to be told we would have to pay a completely undisclosed $800 "third party" fee on top of the deposit and rent. Regardless of whether or not we were aware of the almost ONE GRAND FEE, it's "non refundable". Scummy, greedy practices. If you're looking for an apartment, this is not the place!

Today is moving day. I have been a tenant for 3 years. I relocated from RI to here. Found this place on google. It was walking distance to my job. Best decision. The move in process was smooth. My apartment was towards the back of the complex. It was quiet. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly. This location is less than 5 minutes away from the major highways. I was planning to move into a 2 bedroom here but life happens and I am relocating to Va. Thank you for making my 3 year stay pleasurable.

Please be aware of flood areas as these apartments are especially a flood zone . They will expect for you to have flood insurance on your vehicle already so if your car floods they won’t cover the cost of damage I’ve shared pictures for you guys :)

Overall ok complex. Management is nice and friendly. Apartments are older and seriously needs updates. My apartment has water seep through the wall twice soaking the floor on my closet and part of the bedroom. Kitchen sink had a slow drip and wouldn’t drain at one point. Pipe leaked from the air conditioner and was making the floor shriveled. Pipes burst at one point and flooded the bathroom. During the summer a lot of bugs (different types) got in through cracks and holes in different areas. The ceiling fan wasn’t fully installed when I moved in and eventually fell (thankfully nobody was hurt). Dishwater had a broken part and had trouble draining. Maintenance is very responsive and issues were solved pretty quickly. Grounds are well kept and trash is controlled for the most part. Complex
