WASTE of money do not rent from here. Maintenance req are routinely ignored. Mailboxes don’t lock. The chute in my fireplace is fake all my walls turned black when I had to use the fireplace for heat bc they never answered a maintenance emergency. They have abandoned units and laundry rooms that are so run down and they aren’t properly secured. The pool has been open with murky water year round with no lock on the gate. This place is unsafe and disgusting. There is water damage, mold, foundation problems, and I swear the walls aren’t insulated but they will wait until the whole building falls apart.

Changes... I moved here in Jan. Let's just say in last couple weeks I've seen people, workers, maint. everybody. Simple things are being done. Eye sore apartments are being addressed. The grounds, over grown trees being removed. Simple things are being noticed. Emails are coming through addressing concerns several tenants are talking about. It looks like they're moving in the right direction. The apartments were power washed and that might not be a big deal but to me it was. That little effort is improving the look.

Beautiful apartments and grounds!!! The best location just outside of Nashville and close to the airport. Quiet, peaceful area would definitely recommend to anyone looking an apartment.
