Hampton Apartments

My mother recently moved in to Hampton Apartments. Overall, our experience has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the complex is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are excellent. A big shout out to Eric, he helped my mom and I step-by-step through the process and was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Eric overall made what could’ve been a very stressful process feel very smooth!

Beautiful building Clean hallways and amenities My mom just moved in last week and worked w Eric. He answered all of her questions and was ready to continue to help in any way after she moved in. He is a team player and we appreciated his efforts to make my moms move as easy as possible. Allegra was also kind and helpful. I know my mom can go to Eric, Allegra or anyone else as she needs to in order to best settle in to her life at the Hamptons. Highly recommend based on our experience so far.

When my wife and I were tasked with finding a place for my 81-year-old father we were overwhelmed. We visited Hampton Apartments and met Eric and the process and experience has been exceptional. Eric's professionalism and ability to listen and understand my father's needs made it very easy to transition my father. Eric explained everything to my father and made sure my father felt comfortable with the transition as well. What a wonderful place! My mom moved in earlier this year from a very expensive independent living community in Tampa, and we couldn't be happier. We needed a place that was more budget-friendly, and we found the perfect fit here. From the very first tour, Eric was an absolute gem. He made the entire move-in process seamless and has treated my mom like family ever since. The transition could have been stressful, but Eric went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable. The community itself is fantastic, with great food in the restaurant and tons of activities. Knowing my mom is happy and has a wonderful lifestyle within her budget gives me so much peace of mind. UPDATE on October 17. Well, let’s fast forward to today, less than 2 months since our initial visit. We’ve since successfully relocated my parent here to live at Hampton Apartments and the process couldn’t have been better. Again, Eric was amazing to make things run smoothly and Alegra has been so patient and full of answers to ALL our questions. These two make it a joy to be a part of this community. Every time we needed them they were cheerful and ready to help. They took the pain out of what could have been a rough transition and made it painless. We have eaten at the restaurant a couple times and the food was really good, not to mention the staff was very pleasant. Hampton should be thankful to have these two on staff.
