Hampshire Terrace Apartments

Haven't had hot water for 5 or so months, and they've slowly been relocation residents on housing, and once those units are vacated they are quickly inhabited, trashed, broken into, broken windows, trashed each and every apartment they've squatted in, they steal all our mail, vandalized our vehicles, trashed the parking lot, stolen almost all the window units and they smoke Percocets day and night, trap out of most the illegally inhabited squatter apartments, broken all the outside lights making it very unsafe at night when they have in and out traffic all night and they'll sit in their visitors cars and get high, the traffic is extremely high for both visitors in cars and on foot. Code enforcement has proven to be useless. If anyone sees this and can tell me what to do to seek relief whil

It looks nothing like the pictures. It's a pretty scary place. One of the most dangerous places on the crime map. To say that having been in this neighborhood I was scared as a white woman, nothing to say. Today I was escorted from there by the police, they said it's not a good place to visit, especially with a child. (I wanted to buy a used lawnmower there, I was naive). Taking out my phone to take pictures was dangerous.

I have lived in one of the units at this location, for a little more than 2 years. This ranking and review is for the property management, RDE Capital Group. This company seems to feel that they can lie, deceive and ignore about ANYTHING for repairs. My Renter Rights have been violated in EVERY SINGLE item. I have included pictures. The backed up toilet. I had to wait 23 days, before an RDE Capital Group maintenance vendor arrived. The vendor put Liquid Drano in the toilet. Liquid Drano has the information ON THE LABEL, as to the proper use. It's NOT for backed up toilets. I had to wait another week, for a LICENSED plumber used the PROPER equipment to fix the toilet. That same night, the toilet backed up AGAIN!! I called every 15 minutes, for 5 hours!!! I was told the plumber was on the wa
