I called to get information to lease a 2B 2B. There's 4 adults and I was told only one assigned parking space. The rent 3300.00 R U kidding me. The street parking is impossible because of the overcrowding in the apartments. I saw 7 people walking out an apartment and the all of them got into their cars. No wonder there's no street parking. The fact that the manager or owners of the property don't care that so many people are living in a unit is beyond me. Max people in a 2 bedroom is 5 people max. Having 7-8 is ridiculous and not healthy at all. I am so happy I scoped out the place before I thought about moving in. There's an apartment on the corner in front of a junky truck. I witness this older man push the truck on a Monday street sweeping day. The people are running around to move cars

UPDATE 11/2025: Today ALL the laundromats are down due to a connection issue with all the machines. NONE of the laundromats work at all. UPDATE from 08/2025: It's now been 3 weeks since my last post about the laundromats. STILL DOWN. This management company is absolute trash. Zero sense of urgency for keeping up with amenities, but won't skip a beat to raise rent and enforce late fees. Also, this is 3 week from my last review. The laundromats have been down longer than that post.

This is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Never have I had so many issues with any place I ever lived in. Firstly is the cockroaches. They are everywhere and no matter what you do they are present. I was told that since I live next to the dumpsters that was the problem but in reality every person I spoke to in these apartments have the same problem: cockroaches and flies. There was a young couple with a new born baby who was living next to me and their sole reason for leaving was because of the cockroaches.They didn’t even wait for their lease to finish. They moved early into their in- laws house to get out of these cockroach infested places. If that wasn’t enough prepare for your peace of mind to be disturbed constantly. Whether it’s the kids that suspiciously aren’t in class

Staff members such as Adriane and Mariel stand out for their professionalism and attentiveness. They handle requests and concerns with care and efficiency, contributing to a well-managed and comfortable living environment. Overall, the level of service and commitment to residents is a key strength of this community

Worst place I ever lived my daughter broke her arm because of uneven sidewalks that they immediately. Fixed before I could get pictures, in the moment I was just worried about getting her to the hospital. There was asthma causing mold in our shower, and when we reported this to maintenance they yelled at my mom and told her it's not mold just mildew and to just put bleach on it we got it tested out of our own pocket and it came back as asthma causing mold, my son was born while we were living there and had asthma the whole time, my boyfriend and I both don't so it didn't come from us and he has not had a single problem since we left. Not to mention the cockroaches and the peeling paint that was so cheap that it fell off in huge chunks, along with the flooding in our row due to tree roots i
