Hampden Hall

No regrets choosing this place as our "home." In-unit laundry, dishwasher, and gas stove are big plus! Plenty of free parking. The Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis is just steps away. Maintenance is very responsive! Great neighborhood. CWE is where it's at! ❤️

I have lived in three different places during college and Hampden Hall is by far the best. The staff treats everyone with respect and fixes things quickly. The building is clean and secure. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The location cannot be beat for walking to campus and the train. I would recommend this place to any student looking for housing.

The security features here make me comfortable living on my own. You cannot get into the building without a key fob. The elevators require the same fob to work. Staff members are always around during the day to help with anything. My apartment is on an upper floor and I feel totally safe. My family does not worry about me.

The flats at Hampden Hall are clean and comfortable. I enjoy having my own bedroom and kitchen. The internet is quick, and I never have issues. The individuals here are friendly and courteous.

This property is ideal for students. It provides good WiFi and spacious rooms. The neighborhood around it is both safe and enjoyable. I can walk to coffee or class without using a car.
