I’m confident after his inspection that we are learning not only what’s right with this home, but what strengths the home has. His report was very well written so that I could work intelligently with the seller to come to a fair agreement and get into the new home we love without any regrets.

Glenn was great to work with. He did both a pre-offer inspection and a full inspection of my home. He was thorough, detail oriented, and took time to explain everything to me. He delivered a 60+ page report with photos and all the info he found, I was able to use this to get concessions from the seller. I also paid for the septic inspection, this was very worth the money. I would happily recommend Glenn to anyone who’s looking for a certified inspector.

I cannot say enough good things about Glenn + Hammer Home Inspections. With our first house we were regaled with a LOT of talk and anecdotal stories from an older inspector who had been recommended to us, and we were taken by surprise later on by some things he had missed or perhaps "glossed over."
