I’ve worked with Hamlett Property Management as both a renter and a homeowner, and they’ve always gone above and beyond. I truly appreciate how they take care of their clients and tenants—reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I applied for a home August 13th and was denied. The company told me that if I was denied that my admin fee would be refunded. Its October 14th and I haven't received a refund. I've also spoke with different people in the office and each time they push the days allowed back. They said they have up to 45days. Its past the 45 days I called and they told me that its up to corporate and I said ok is there a number for corporate or will yall be able to see yourself whats going on. They lady said no she doesn't have corporates number and doesn't speak with them directly and the lady that does is in meeting and she doesn't know when she'll be able to get back to me. At this point I been robbed.

Reporting them to them BBB I was getting a place for my mom who was almost homeless literally a week away they dodged my calls but took my application fee on a place that was already rented out to someone else. I reassured my mom and sisters and called and called then finally the lady answered acting like she didn't know who I was. Guys they didn't even run my application! If I could give them a 0 I would I would go to Rosenblum Realty

So, I’m positive this is hamlett with two t’s I have talked with everyone in their office very dis organized not a self sufficient company the only one in the office that can do anything at all is David no one else is competent enough to even submit an application turned in my application two weeks ago called to get an update they said they couldn’t file it because one person was out of the office in my opinion if it was my business I would look into doing some serious restructuring Thank you very much.

Left the place WAY better off than I got it for 4 years. David Edwards is a joke. Will definitely screw over good tenants!
