Hamlet Court Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for the last year and are looking forward to renewing our lease. Having come from inner city we really love the sense of peace we get living here. Maintenance has been quick to resolve issues as they pop up and Laurie with the new management has really gone above and beyond. We were worried about airport noise when we first moved in but within a week you barely notice it. Here's to another happy year!

Hamlet Court is a great place to live. My sister is an Army Veteran a.nd Hamlet Court has treated her well. She has a nice yard, there are side walks for her to walk and she is near her favorite places to shop. She s one the ground level which is very good for her as she ages. The office and maintenance crews have helped her and treated her wonderfully. Thank you. She s made friends with her neighbors as well.

I really enjoyed the complex when I first moved in back in June of 2020. They change property managers like you change filters. Every time you turn around your dealing with someone new. They just sold the complex on May 1st, and now the shenanigans begin. They have removed my payment plan, and illegally kept my co signer on from a lease that expired two years ago. They are charging a fee to use the payment rental portal. It's going downhill. The worse part is they don't even care. They quality of people are also changing. It's just sad. Update: I'm no longer living at Hamlet Court. Beware the mice are running rampant like crazy. The rental agent has a attitude problem she is very nasty.
