I love living here at Hamilton Woods! I feel at home here! Speaking for myself, I find the staff to be super friendly, prompt to respond to anything I need & open to suggestions on activities for residents! We've had some very engaging events so far & I've been able to meet my neighbors in this fun environment! The property is well maintained & manicured. I love the woods at the back of the property which allows for some great bird watching & walking! The gym seems to be a busy spot & utilized frequently! I have met & established some great friendships with several of my neighbors! Looking forward to seeing the pool open this year!

Eric was very friendly and nice. He fixed all of our issues quickly and seemed genuinely happy to help. I wanted to add that recently I had some heavy packages delivered to the office. I can't drive and Eric was so nice to deliver them to my apartment. All of the staff here is great.

I wish i could give zero stars. I’ve never felt more unwelcome or mistreated in a rental community than I have at Hamilton Woods Apartments. Last year, my friends and I were falsely accused of trashing the pool. We were never given a chance to speak or explain—just an aggressive email and my pool access revoked by the property manager, Monica, without any conversation. A fair warning or respectful meeting could have gone a long way, but that wasn’t an option for us. We did not smoke or break any of the rules but because we are black we were falsely accused. We asked for camera footage and nothing was provided. This year, my air conditioning broke, and I went over a month without a proper repair. The policy says they have to respond within 48 hours but they did not. I was left in dangerou

I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our apartment complex, made possible by a dedicated staff who work tirelessly to create a vibrant and engaging community. Moved here last summer , within 3weeks of being on the property, we’ve called about noise complaints, spoke to the office manager about it and nothing was really done , I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called since being here. The lies they kept telling me over and over that something would be done was never done . Totally unfair to keep paying expensive monthly payments and can’t even get a good nights rest it even peace during the day . Also , you can hear cabinet doors closing very well and hear walking upstairs very easily. This isn’t the noise that I was complaining about , it was like weights being dropped on the floor constantly upstairs . Please consider making the right decision, don’t just go by the looks and amenities but having people in the office that actually fix th
