Friendly people and friendly landlords, I was only there for 4 months but I really enjoyed my stay there I just wish I took better care of myself to stay there. I had it good, HEB is near buy and the bus stop is really close by it easy to go downtown or just in general get around.

Josh the new landlord is an absolute slum lord. He takes advantage of all his tenants who are fresh out of homeless shelters and rigs the system to make THOUSANDS of dollars of of them while handling NOTHING, towing vehicles, won’t hire proper maintenance or proper pool cleaners, won’t handle anything. His maintenance staff are all illegals who he lets stay in exchange for YouTubed choppy maintenance work, none speak any English, he hardly speaks any Spanish, he can’t find a front office worker to save his life, he cares about nothing but scamming the system off the less fortunate. I’ve been here about 7 months. Both my toilets have broken a total of five times, my doors constantly fall off the hinges, the stoves explode, breakers burn and melt (old faulty cheap rigged YouTube work) the wa

Absolutely love it here! Met the owner, manager and maintenance staff. Very kind, efficient and easy to talk to. I appreciate how they do there best to make it a safe, homey atmosphere. Love y'all!
