RENTER BEWARE!!! They charge every tenant that I have spoken with, myself included, with an extra month of rent so they can keep your last months rent and make you pay for another. Every person I have talked to got scammed this way. My boyfriend died right before I moved out, and they still chose to scam me. They redid the whole outside of the building but changed nothing besides the windows inside. All of the pictures on their website are AI. the cabinets are all old and white and stain easily. They don't stay shut. My ceiling leaked 3 times in 2 months bc they didn't fix it correctly, and ruined all my belongings that I had to replace each time. It may be dog friendly but dogs are NOT allowed on the grass lol. Do not rent here. They will scam you.

Alex was incredibly informative and easy to work with. His knowledge and experience really showed, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything in the lease was clearly understood. I truly appreciated the extra care he took.

I have lived at 5th on 5th for years and I love my studio. Great management team! affordable rent close to downtown. I plan on staying a long time :o)

I love my one bedroom apartment.The management team here is awesome Deb is the sweetest person you could ever meet.I can’t forget about the awesome maintenance guys they are the best of the best.

I am posting pictures of the property they rented to me. Not the one the agent sent me a picture of. Not cleaned. Lead chips in the paint (tested), lead in the water ( tested). They sold the buildings after I submitted a federal case report for lack of lead disclosure and I took him to court to get it on the record.
