Hamilton Court

My experience at Hamilton Court has been nothing but positive! Amie and Teisha are responsive, helpful, and have been great to interact with. I have loved living in Hamilton Court. The appliances are great as well as the amenities, and it is a very comfortable, homey place.

please don't rent here! you can see other reviews and they don't send security deposit back, i have had the same issue as it's been several months since I moved out and they told me checks were mailed out in august. they stopped responding to my emails and never answer calls. leasing office employees are rude, never return calls, and i have had to hire an attorney to get my security deposit back. the washing machines in my building were broken the entire time i lived here. one time the gate was broken for several days and they never sent out any info about it . all positive reviews are posted by new tenants who get cash bonus for writing positive review.

I have rented a room there and never gotten back my deposit of several thousand dollars. They just stopped responding to inquiries about it without explination. Now I had to get an american attorney who will try to get back my money in court. I am very disappointed with the management and communications and cannot recommend this to students staying in Philadelphia.

My experience at Hamilton Court is wonderful, I stayed over a year and extended my lease for the year, and I am planning to do more since I loved it. It’s clean, safe, with good location, and responsible management, that understands the situation and solved the problem I would recommend it to others.

My roommate and I applied for a tour of one of their apartment units and the process was seamless. We spoke to a nice woman named Traci who set up the tour for us and was really helpful when we were making a decision. We ultimately ended up choosing somewhere else, but it was a very difficult choice. Between the location, the amenities, and the complex itself, the Hamilton Courts has it all. Our tour guide Nijah, was also very insightful and as a resident herself, gave us the ins and outs of the building and was very friendly. Overall, our experience with the application and tour processes was phenomenal.
