I am writing as a vendor. I work with Cathy Carpenter on a regular basis and always find her pleasant, professional and always working hard to take care of her tenants needs. She cares about her tenants. She always has my material ready for me when I arrive. She also has a great sense of humor. Always a pleasure working with her.

Horrendous onsite laundry. No upkeep with the laundry rooms. Outdated washing machines that are constantly broken or have extreme hygienic issues. Super understaffed maintenance. Overpriced apartments. They have extremely low upkeep standards, the best the do here is cut the grass often.

I’d just like to say out of the whole time we lived here, the former office staff (molly) has been terrible. Molly would not get anything done for our apartment, BUT thankfully they got rid of her and we now have JENNY who is a saint. She came in and got my apartment fixed. Where Molly thought it was acceptable to leave 5 giant holes in my apartment ceiling, she didn’t bother to even make an attempt to fix it, so not only me, but my 1 year old daughter and my pregnant wife to breathing in what ever nasty toxins were floating around, it was definitely disgusting. But like I said JENNY and her new team got everything taken care of, I’m happy with Jenny and the repairs, but molly was the worst. Have only been here for a few months now but I must say I love it! I haven't lived in an apartment for many years, so I was a little nervous but Cathy was very helpful and made the hole process so easy.
