Hamilton Apartments

Just moved in. This apartments complex is clean, quiet, and seems safe. It is conveniently located near 85, Lawrence, and highway 280. The site manager Nermina is very professional and helpful. No complaint so far.

I’ve rented an apartment here for multiple years and can truthfully say that The Hamilton Apartments has been a nice place to live. I really appreciate that these apartments have central heating and A/C (which has come in handy as of late)! The apartment complex is well-situated - close to a number of schools, stores, dining options and is in walking distance to the theater and a local gym. This is a quiet neighborhood and the tenants here are pretty reserved. There’s never loud parties or anything of that sort so if you want a good night’s sleep, this is the place to get it 😀. I’ve never seen anything shady going on; nonetheless there is a security patrol that comes through at night. Living here since 2019 and we enjoy here our resident manager nermina is just tremendous in her work any maintenance work wouldn’t take any longer than half hour Lawrence is a nice guy too definitely can refer to family and friends
