I love my apartment ( home). The on-site manager is very good. The grounds are kept nicely. It is not a large complex so laundry is mostly accessible and not crowded. The manager keeps it very clean. I personally love the neighborhood. Close to downtown and in the heart of the beautiful, historical district.

Genie Delles of Ham Delles Company is the best property manager we have ever dealt with. My husband and I have owned two different properties that we have had property managers for, and we have been renters ourselves - most recently Genie managed the property we rented. Genie was very helpful, super responsive, kind and professional. When there was an issue or needed repair, Genie made sure that things were taken care of. She responded to phone calls and email quickly and seemed to always have our best interest in mind. The staff at H.D.C. Inc. was also friendly and helpful. Move-in and move-out went without incident and we really appreciate the service we received.

What a great place to rent from. Even if you don't get the place it it shows that they care, in they still send you why you weren't chosen so you can fix it!! What an awesome next step that they are doing a service for the public. Beautiful properties well-maintained and the office is extremely helpful. And you can even talk to the owner Andrea if you feel it's necessary. What a great company as far as customer service! Like wow they are amazing and very kind

Small business owner trying to get information on a property I'm interested in leasing. Called 3 times and left messages with no response. Too bad as I was really interested in the site. The property owner should know they are not doing their job.

paid 400$ for professional cleaning, only to have ham delles tell us they are charging us 250$ for a singular blind and "cleaning". avoid them if you can help it.
