Halstead Tower by Windsor Apartments

Mustafa gave me a great tour. He was welcoming, kind, and personable. All attributes that I value in on site staff when exploring new apartment homes. The building is structurally sound and was pretty quiet in the middle of the work day. There were spaces to work from home and an impressive view from the rooftop where there was a pool and fire pit. As someone who has lived in a neighboring building and paid much more for less amenities I can say this building is a quality apartment complex and Windsor appears to offer top tier property management. I toured this builidng and another one of their properties and cancelled the other tours that I had. I will update if I choose to move into this property. =) Thanks Mustafa!

From my initial apartment visit to now, my experience has been excellent. Jessica and Mustafa were wonderful throughout the entire leasing process, including following up with me when the floor plan I liked became available. The apartment itself is very clean and quiet, and the amenities are great as well!

This community is in a very good location close to DC,Arlington and National Harbor. It offers great amenities my favorite was the rooftop pool. Wiley was our Leasing Consultant she was great . She took her time to show us the whole building and multiple units the units are modern and spacious.

I accidentally called the wrong apartment complex while trying to gather information about renter's insurance requirements, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Tyler, the Resident Services Manager. He was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our conversation. Even though I am not a resident, the level of professionalism I experienced makes it easy to understand why this property has such high ratings. Tyler’s excellent service truly reflects the quality of the management team here.

We have lived in Halstead for 2.5 years and have had a very positive experience overall. The building is very quiet and well constructed, and we rarely if ever hear our neighbors. The amenities are nice and the pool is great. The best thing about the building, however, is the maintenance staff and the management. If we ever have an issue with something in our apartment it is handled promptly and without any issues. Recently, we had an issue with the dishwasher in our unit, it wasn't cleaning properly even after we had it cleaned. I spoke with Jess, the manager, and told her we need a new dishwasher.
