Moved here in the summer with my family of 3 humans and 3 dogs. We love it. People are friendly, management is responsible and responsive. It truly is a luxury living. Love the layout of the apartments, it’s the best feature, the way everything is laid out. The neighbors are respectful. The community is welcoming. The whole complex is gorgeous and love the amenities. We will definitely miss this place if we decide to move out next summer.

We lived at Halstead Holden for almost a year. We had a good time living there but we received a huge unrealistic bill after moving out citing maintenance and renovation costs. We returned the apartment in almost identical condition to how we received it. The carpet and some of the cabinets had imperfections even at the time of move in that were not addressed but were added to our move out bill. When I discussed the concerns with the team, they exhibited understanding and I was told that they will look into the matter. To my surprise, I received a letter from debt collection agency. Looking at the reviews from other tenants, it seems like other people have faced similar issues in the past. Halstead Holden was our home for almost 2 years and we moved out recently. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and we loved how big the apartment was. The maintenance team was great and we didn't have any issues. However, we had a bad experience with them after moving out, especially because of poor management and lack of communication by the office staff and management. The water/sewer bills issuing at Halstead Holden are delayed by 2 months (which was fine with us). Therefore the final 2 bills were issued after we moved out and after we move out we don't have access to their portal to receive any bills. Therefore, one would naturally expect them to email or send you a mail mentioning the amount that was due as they collect your forwarding mailing address when moving out. I personally spoke

Built 15 years ago with the cheapest materials possible, Halstead continues to avoid updating. Despite paying incredibly high rent, the carpets are worn out, appliances barely function, broken items replaced with same age only slightly less broken. Paper thin cabinets. Windows are failing with sweat and black mold. We were told by management this is normal and our heat, 68 degrees, is set too high. Every day is a battle to rid of mold. Landscapers leave areas dead and avoided in the summer. The winter is a mess of salt and trucks running at 3am, even on New Year's Day. Expect an increase of 10% every renewal regardless.

My wife and I moved into Halstead Holden last September after selling our home and downsizing (we are retirees). The bottom line is that our experience at HH has been uniformly positive. Since day one, Melissa, as well as Catherine, in the leasing office have provided exceptional service and support. In addition to promptly meeting our needs, we have appreciated their caring and supportive service. We’d also like to recognize Heiko who has done numerous repairs, etc. including rehanging a shower curtain bar that got bent in the guest bathroom. Not only did Heiko promptly and expertly complete the repair he also decided, on his own, to clean out the screens for our 3 faucets which significantly increased our water pressure.
