Halpine View Apartments

Our first year here was a little rough, I will admit but mostly due to inconsiderate neighbors who didn’t transfer laundry and were so dirty, it attracted mice and bugs to other apartments. They have since moved out and we have yet to have an issue. No one parking sideways/taking up two parking spots, clothes aren’t left in the machines for hours or days at a time, there have been no mice or bugs, and no children wandering around the parking lot unattended. This is a very quiet, safe place to live and the new fitness center makes it feel even more luxurious. Maintenance is super attentive when we have any issue. Communication is great with the leasing office. I am so glad we ended up renewing our lease. Just look at how cozy & beautiful our home is!

Well, I don’t live there. I was just a prospective tenant and I’m gonna tell you: Maria was exceptional! She is so helpful and very caring. It is difficult to encounter people like her around. She has great costume service and is very professional. I ended up applying there but proceeded with a different building complex for other reasons and she in no time had my deposit resent to me. Maria, whoever encounters you is real lucky and I hope you go get that motorcycle license.

I’ve lived in other states, but my experience at Halpine View in Rockville truly stands out! From the very beginning, the leasing office team has been exceptional. They are professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure the leasing process is smooth and stress-free. They genuinely make you feel at home right away. The community itself is fantastic—safe, clean, and peaceful. Whether you’re walking around the neighborhood or relaxing in your apartment, the well-maintained and organized environment is immediately noticeable. I’ve lived at Halpine View for many years and recently transferred into a newly remodeled unit. Saidou has always been incredibly helpful, and this time was no different—he kept me updated on available apartments until I found the perfect one. The new place is beautiful and I’ve had no problems at all. Great service and highly recommend working with Saidou!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The biggest problem with this apartment complex is the leasing office staff. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions are met with attitude, and concerns are brushed off instead of addressed. What makes it worse is the clear favoritism. Certain residents are obviously treated better than others, getting exceptions, quicker responses, or special treatment, while the rest of us are ignored or talked down to. Rules seem to apply only when it’s convenient for management. Maintenance is just as bad, if not worse. Requests are not taken seriously the first time — or even the second time. Problems go unresolved unless you keep calling, emailing, and following up repeatedly. Even then, the response is slow and half-hearted,
