I moved in, in January 2021. The rental office manager and the Leasing consultant were extremely helpful during the process. They made sure to keep me in the loop about all rental requirements. The rent is fair for a 2 bedroom 1 bath with 1,010 sq feet in North Bethesda/Rockville area. The apartment is spacious and clean. The highlight is the kitchen with new gas stove, matching appliances and nice tiled floors. The neighbors are friendly and quiet when they need to be (lol). I intend to stay til I can buy my house. I like it here.
Trash everywhere someone got robbed here a lot of people are loitering Suspicious people hire security hire security
Worst management the property manager pockets resident's rent money and threaten you with eviction to get what he wants
Better pricing would be nice.
