What a great experience we had with Kody Realty! Kody along with his assistant, Sarah made finding & buying our new home a pleasure. They were both always very professional and went over and above to assist us in the process of finding our new home. Planning a move from NJ, we made a couple of trips to TX, whereby Sarah showed us many homes in different areas. She was very patient and friendly to work with. She did a great job with following up with our builder, inspector & all of our questions. This was extremely important to us since we were living 1,700 miles away.
