One of the nicest places to be to record a deed. I wish I had caught her name. She was kind and patient with me. She helped me through the whole experience. I was so grateful for her help. I have a very limited capability of computer knowledge now that I am older it seems as though that is difnenly the world we live in. I could not thank her enough for helping me. She is definitely a keeper and the there are Blessed to have her. Important to file out the PT'61 just like the instructions say to do otherwise it holds things up.

Cheryl Higgins is remarkably rude. We filed a document that was rejected. We called the number attached and we were told to talk to a clerk. We were directed to Cheryl who made it very obvious that she did NOT want to give us the time of day. My husband asked one question and she responded with attitude that was VERY uncalled for. He didn't even have time to fully explain why we were talking to her before she practically dismissed us. Why they have someone who is that disrespectful as a supervisor is beyond me.
