I would not recommend that anyone ever live here, especially if you do shift work (overnight shift) or happen to be a light sleeper. I had a litany of complaints over living here, most having to do with noise. Other issues had to do with inconsiderate neighbors and their poor hygiene and the deteriorating nature of the building. Please read on if you're interested in the details in their entirety. Noise - First and foremost, the building is situated between 8 lanes across of the H1 highway and 4 lanes across of the Kinau St. exit off of H1. That in itself is not an issue. The noise of the traffic eventually becomes white noise. Fairly often, you will hear honking and even expletives from drivers cutting each other off down by the exit. The real issue comes in with the buildings location.
