Halcyon of Newnan

We lived at Halcyon briefly, but from the beginning, Jason & John were phenomenal. Jason coordinated the whole thing for us while we were still living in Boston and made the process as painless as possible. We moved into a newly built place, and no matter how nitpicky I was about the paint job, the outlets not being upright, and more, John was there ASAP to fix it for us. He offered to mount our TVs for us at no cost, put up our security cameras at the drop of a hat, and installed bidets on his own time for no charge. He built an insane amount of trust just like Jason did. We broke our lease early, and Jason went around the policy of relinquishing our security deposit and instead deducted the usual wear and tear from it. Wish we could’ve stayed and can’t recommend them more. Feels like fam

Great neat location tucked in the city near the downtown section of Newnan. You don't know it is there unless you are driving around. That is how I found it. They do have a website that has the number. They have a club house, pool. The neighborhood isn't complete yet. They have single cottage type homes and multiple level designs with garages. The lots appear to be on the smaller size. However, keep in mind you are in the city. The location is also near Ashley Park, which is good. Not to mention, there is a hotel across the main street. I guess that is good if you have company and for whatever reason 😉 you need a hotel 🏨. No judgments 😆, we have ALL been there.

As one of the first people to have moved into this community, I had a great experience with the staff (Jason and John are amazing) and site. Home is spacious and well distributed, in a prime location close to all the shops, gyms and places to eat but the neighbors are the best part. They're all kind professional people who really embraced the community. A pool and office are coming soon too, which will bring small community even closer. It's dog friendly, kid friendly, and most inexpensive nice new home we could find in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Love living at Halcyon. The neighborhood is well kept and always welcoming! Maintenance is always super friendly and attentive to any issues that might arise. Jason manages the property really well. John takes pride in his work and always goes above and beyond!

Halcyon is exactly what Newnan has been missing. Luxury living rental homes within walking distance of the LINC trail, shopping and dining. Jason and his team were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Whenever I reached out or emailed with questions he was timely and thorough in responding. I will certainly be renting with them in the near future!
