Hailey Apartments

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this apartment complex. The management team is genuinely helpful and always quick to respond. The maintenance crew is quick to resolve issues, and their system for submitting requests is very quick and efficient. As a newer complex, everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. It truly feels like a great place to call home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run community.

Since moving in, Ashlee has been welcoming and very accommodating and provides excellent customer service. Joyce, the former community manager was very helpful and took care of any problems I had. Cody and Corbin are a great team doing well at their jobs. I enjoyed the events Ashlee and Joyce planned for the residents during the holiday season. My only 2 complaints about this place is having only one working elevator at the moment and how some residents leave it dirty with trash and don’t clean up after their pets when they urinate inside. The other complaint is about the STRATIS app, which is down sometimes. Other than that, living at the Hailey is pretty great, especially with the amazing view of Mt. Rainer.

I've only done a tour so far but my first impression of the place is great. Ashlee did an amazing job of showing me around and answering all of my questions, she was super knowledgeable and kind! The facilities looked clean and the rooms I toured were in great condition. Prices were also much cheaper for that street than their competitors. There were some homeless people set up in the area but they seemed to keep to themselves, and since the Hailey has underground garage parking I'm not too worried about leaving my car. Overall great experience. 6 Months Update: The Hailey continues to be a great place to live! The staff have been very responsive and friendly. I regularly catch up with them when I'm out walking the dog and it makes for a nice sense of community. Homeless campers continue

Pros. Megan did an amazing job showing us around. The units all looked clean and very well built. They have a pet washing station in the garage and a gym on the first floor. The walls are very well insulated which is a huge plus and the views are amazing. They also have secure parking. The first floor has a really cool industrial look to it.

When I first moved in this June, I had problem after problem. The staff kept quitting and not resolving any issues I had, I didn’t have access to anything I should have access to as a tenant and the leasing agent who helped me was dishonest about parking before I signed the lease and said it was included(it’s not). BUT, the reason I’m still giving 5 stars is 100% because of Ashlee. She has gone above and beyond all expectations assisting me in rectifying all these issues. I now have a fob, app access, a mail key, a parking spot, and to top it off, PEACE OF MIND. It may have taken two months, but this is the first time I feel like anybody in the leasing office has truly cared about the bad experience I’ve had since day 1. Thank you for being a real one, Ashlee! And I have attached a pictu
