I am from out of state (NH) and was looking to purchase a property in Cortland NY. I researched local realtors and Marie's name kept coming up with outstanding reviews and feedback. I reached out to Marie and receive a response very quickly. Marie was very knowledgeable about the Cortland area and the Real Estate purchase process. She was able to give me a couple of lenders to utilize and also guided me in my purchase of the condo. I was very happy with the purchase price and negotiation process.
