Hacienda Oaks Property Management

One of the worst places to rent. It cost me more renting with there property instead of the actual move out process. And the services I would request would always be resolved until I was not able to fix it on my own first…. The people who work there are the worst and every time it’s like if they never have nothing to say. I Do Not Recommend This Place to anybody. There apartments infested with Roaches. And the service it just worthless.

Hacienda Oaks is not good management. We've been living here since 2018, and at first, we thought it was a good idea, but as time goes by, our neighborhood has become bad with too many cars and no parking space. Neighbors are selfish about giving parking space. We've been reporting this to Hacienda Oaks, but still, they are not taking any actions. They keep increasing the rent, but they never fix the broken things in our house, like the oven and fridge. Whenever I call them, they are always in a bad mood and speak meanly.

Me and Kashia Thank you Guy’s for always being so nice and helpful and being so fast when ever we needed anything and helping us on our journey to Home ownership . They’re truly the best Rental Company we ever worked with and would highly recommend them to Rent from. We want to also Thank all the staff and being very professional.

The treatment I have received from this company has left me very disappointed. I am still in the process of moving in.. I comprehend the changes in the schedule, can happen but I don't comprehend the person's attitude towards me for asking valid questions that are affecting me and costing me money.Their lack of sympathy and validation for my concerns suggests that they don't care. I’m very disappointed of the business owner that things the she don’t need to treat people with kindness and respect.

Update: Our situation was not an easy one and ultimately, the staff bent over backwards and tried very hard and were super patient in helping us find a place, rent it and worked with all the agencies seamlessly to help us. It started off rocky but ultimately, the staff at Hacienda are not all super friends but they are hard working and I can understand why they aren't all warm and fuzzy-they serve an area that brings a lot of not so happy people to their doorstep. Thank you to you all! Upon initial phone call they were very neutral in town and just told me to come by and get the listings. Found a place but the person at the front desk have no information was not friendly was less than pleasant.
