Hacienda Heights Apartments

I got out of these apartments in *January* last year, but then they charged me rent for February? Next thing I know, I got sent to COLLECTIONS!! It has been over a year, I've sent emails, and calls, and managers haven't be able to fix it. Sometimes they dont even respond. If you're thinking about renting here have that in mind... also, parking lot sucks, building is old, there was only like 4 washing machines that would break down all the time, area was decent, A/C in the summer was horrible.

HORRIBLE. We lived here for four years. This was our first apartment and I did love certain parts about it. I couldn’t take the mold and roaches anymore. The carpet was never installed properly. AC sucked especially for someone like me who has a medical condition and can’t be too sweaty. My neighbors AC unit was literally being held together with cardboard and duct tape. Was not worth the price especially being on the 3rd floor. I was actually depressed living here toward the end. I never wanted to be home. The rent went up each year with nothing improving. Don’t live here. 2020 $557 2021 $587 2022 $775 2023 $850

Been living here for 3 years. Blanca is an incredibly kind and warm individual who has always been a pleasure to interact with. I don't remember the maintenance guy name but also super friendly. I have never had any issues during my time living here, but unfortunately, the cost of staying here has become too high for what the apartments offer. Blanca did reach out to her upper management to try to get me a better pricing but unfortunately at that point I had already found something else if not I would have still been a resident of hacienda heights.

We just moved out and we couldn't move out quick enough. If maintenance breaks anything they will try to charge you for it. They hardly answer the phone, the apartment was always so hot during the summer, and they always change the time for the laundry room. it'll be 24/7 or from 8am-5pm, whatever they feel like and will bounce back and forth with that so if you have clothes drying/washing they will still lock up the room for the night. I will never be coming back. $800+ for a hot apartment, rude management and maintenance and they don't pay attention to who's car belongs there so if you listed your car in the lease they will still put a sticker they are going to tow your car. not worth it.

Been living here for 4 years..Don’t rent here not worth it. Ever since Claudia is the rental manager she doesn’t answer the phone , she leaves early ,she is rude and DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB! She’s never present. When it comes to the rent and utilities she pulls numbers out of nowhere I understand everything went up with the inflation but she won’t make living here any better when these apartments were Pearl apartments they never gave us problems like this. Hacienda Heights has changed management more than 3 times and they can’t get it together.
