Hacienda Apartments

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Hacienda apt. After moving out, they kept more than $2,000 from our security deposit, even though there was no damage to the unit. Before handing over the apartment, we cleaned the entire home thoroughly, left it in very good condition, and made sure everything was in proper order. We also took detailed photos and videos as proof of the condition of the unit at move-out. Despite this, they still charged us excessive and unjustified fees and refused to return our deposit. None of the charges reflected real damage or necessary repairs. This felt extremely unfair and dishonest. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before renting here, especially when it comes to your security deposit. Unfortun

Turned in an application n the Background check was done by Amrent where it stated that my SSN was issued in 2011 n no employment history + Bad credit score even though I came to the USA in 2017 n working since I’m here with all my Tax documents n 700+ credit score but when gone deeper they both apologized n wasted my money+time n hesitated to investigate the Amrent for the inaccurate background check info… Totally Junk…

Unfortunately, my experience with the current management at Hacienda Apartments has been very disappointing. When I moved in, I was charged the highest rent and was also required to pay double the usual security deposit. Upon moving out, I was charged an additional 30% of the deposit without any clear or reasonable explanation. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. I hope future residents have a better experience or that management improves its communication and fairness regarding fees.

I appreciate Nikki for taking immediate action on maintenance request and for taking measures that enforce residents safty and creating environment that encourages residents to enjoy their saty at Hacienda! Nikki the comunity Manager is someone lead by example she ensures that each residents voice is being heard and addressed accordingly and her generous approach is being appreciated by residents thoroughly meanwhile The service provided indeed meet my expectations.
