Paola guided us through the process of securing off campus student housing for our daughter. Paola’s demeanor was professional, patient and kind. Her knowledge of the property and the process was exceptional. And her responsiveness to our inquiries exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Paola and the Common staff the anyone looking for a high quality student housing experience.
This has been nothing but chaos. We are going into week 3 without a washer and I keep getting excuses from member support with no return calls as promised. It should not take this long to repair/replace this item. There is no sense of urgency to complete repairs as this is the same issue that happened with WiFi. Customer service is evasive and they appear to want to pas you off just to get rid of you. Not deserving of the 1 star given.
