Yes. It's awesome to live on a military base for the security. But this company is no different from any other large corporate rental company. The initial look of the house is awesome until you stay a while and realize they've laid tile over tile over tile. The plumbing is terrible. The electrical is terrible and the electricity bills are unfairly proportioned amongst the base. Nothing is really free because they constantly up the rent but do nothing to maintain the structure of their homes. Then it's the tenants fault when you move out and you owe almost as much as the rent even though you can see that they are turning over houses like water everyday! I wouldn't recommend living here under this company at all! The government needs to start listening to the tenants that are paying these pe
