Horrible company, Visited multiple properties owned by them their company raises prices and sponges you for money to upgrade pointless stuff like the floors in the elevator areas ,when their elevators hadn't even been serviced and expired, had termites since move in and they didn't ever handle it , huge water leak in ceiling water was leaking from heat lamp they left a huge hole in our ceiling for over a week , said it was fixed , it wasn't had to fix it again then tried money jabbing after move out . They tried avoiding giving us our refferal bonus a couple months in moving In . they paint a pretty picture at move in and when it comes down to it they are money hungry. Club river run was perfect example of where they put all the money they get from you ,small apartments and a $20,000+ ten
