Just moved to one of their properties 3 months ago. Funny how the amenities I was told about and advertised on their website either aren't available for use or in disrepair. 1. Pool, nope... not opening this season 2. Private Pier, nope...boarded off 3. Outdoor Grills, nope...removed due to their condition 4. Dog Park, yes...but it seems no one takes care of waste removal. 5. Playground, yes...but in disrepair. Like I was saying, been here 3 months and have had 3 different Property Managers since signing my lease. Also having some Maintenance issues with a broken kitchen window and bushes blocking headlights that was supposed to be taken care of right after moving in. This is Gy Property in Baltimore, No one seems to care about a Shed that has fallen down & a safety issue or a Dumpster that seems to hardly get emptied & all the Bulk trash piled up on the side of the dumpster, maintenance here seems to be HORRIBLE OR GROUNDS MAN WHICH EVER THIS IS A TERRIBLE EYE SORE!!!!!

Vendor experience — unresolved balance We provided services to GY Properties under a written agreement and invoiced per scope. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company failed to make timely payments—sending small amounts and later citing refinancing delays. A payment plan was agreed in writing, but after initial installments, payments stopped. Over $80,000 remains outstanding, creating a significant financial and operational burden and impacting hardworking staff. We paused escalation in good faith while seeking resolution, only to be ignored. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company for business. Enjoyed living at Waterfront Square and always paid the rent on time. When we left, they tried to keep the security deposit for damages. Took them to small claims court, showed the video of the apartment at move-out, and won back my deposit. Never again. בהצלחה

Our family lived at the Berger Building for over three years, always paying our rent on time and being respectful, quiet tenants. Unfortunately, the management's handling of issues during our stay left a lot to be desired. Package Security: Multiple packages of ours were stolen. On one occasion, I found a package in the dumpster of the trash room. When I asked for security footage, management claimed they didn’t see anything suspicious and insisted I file a police report to take further action. Safety Concerns: My husband once found someone sleeping in the gym who didn’t live in the building. Homeless individuals regularly slept at the fire exit, and management’s solution was to suggest calling 911 or using another exit. When I suggested installing a floodlight to deter this, it was igno
