I can’t say enough good things about this company. I know a lot of property managers and management companies and GW outshines all of them. Andrew is absolutely amazing. He is very responsive and will get answers you are looking for even if it’s not what you want to hear. Overall Andrew and GW Services has done a great job in my neighborhood and I highly recommend them both to anyone searching for property management solutions.

They do not communicate with homeowners at all. I have called multiple times, and the manager for our property does not return calls. I have also submitted a FOIA request because our board members are secretive and lack transparency. That was 2 months ago, and of course, they won't answer the FOIA request for meeting minutes either. They go weeks without maintaining the common areas that we pay for with our HOA fees. Then, they come by after it's been pouring rain for 2 weeks straight trying to fine everyone for not mowing their lawns. If you are considering purchasing a home in a community that is run by GW, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

If the objective is to obstruct, and do everything possible to leave homeowners livid, and without competent common sense options or solutions? They are doing a fabulous job! I literally had to email the president of the company to have a very simple request honored. This was only after months of waiting on them to actually do their job. It would be nice to just one time experience the people who actually interviewed for those jobs, versus the dimwitted people who did what was necessary to get hired, and now refuse to do their jobs. They are a complete waste of time... unless of course you contact the president. He was very professional and had my request honored right away.

We just purchased a villa at the Dunes back in December 2020. The people that answer the phones at GW Services are able to answer my questions and have been helpful with getting items delivered to our villa to do touch up work inside and outside our villa. The manager of the Dunes has been responsive to our needs. I have mentioned to her multiple times how easy it is to communicate with her and am thankful. It has been a pleasant experience so far with GW Service team. Thank you

I have been in real estate since 1990. This has to be the worst regime management company that I have ever encountered. Numerous issues with responding over the years. Recently I had their maintenance work on our clogged dryer vent and they made it worse. So bad that water in the vent due to the blockage. It impacted my dryer which I had to replace. They no showed to repair the duct and I called a real duct cleaning company to do the job.
