Garrison Way home has had so many issues. Would not recommend this builder. Definitely not what we expected. Poor quality to say the least.

We recently moved to our new home in Amariah Park in Gainesville built by GW Homes. Mark did an excellent job helping us get acquainted with the new house and neighborhood and navigate the paperwork. The team made the house buying process seamless and were very responsive to our requests which included some upgrades and custom built-in cabinets. Knowing that we were dealing with a builder of a very long history in Gainesville we had confidence that they would deliver on all their promises and they did! They even accommodated our request to close and move in one week earlier. They ensured that we were happy with every detail. The house is of very high quality and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with GW. I highly recommend this builder.

With a very knowledgeable staff, this company is very hands on with their clients. Whether it’s picking out materials or planning the job, these team members walk through step by step with their clients. Always making sure that the customer is satisfied with the end result. Mark Deger and Chris Kobrin assisted us during the process and make it really easy to build a home.
