Gutman Management

A truly terrible company. My experience with Gutman Management has left me traumatized. It has been absolutely frustrating to deal with them. Mark kept forgetting to return my calls and when we did connect he did not remember what we had discussed. He was rude and condescending. They are disorganized and scattered. The receptionist is very rude. To top it off, the will squeeze every last penny out of you, blame you for any issues that arise even if they are clearly in the wrong. If something is unclear, the blame is on you. I am in absolute shock at the lack of integrity and respect this company has shown me. Avoid this company at all costs.

The absolute worst management company ever. I have never met such people like them who absolutely do not give a single care about their tenants. No wonder everyone in the building has nothing nice to say. I reported a complaint about the terrible super we have and they simply did not care. Nice to know a management company could care less about their supers mistreating PAYING tenants and being disrespectful. If you're looking into any of their properties, I suggest you stay far far away. If I could give no stars, I would.

Gutman management allows supers to treat tenants disrespectfully. Brian the super at 4582 Manhattan College Parkway is allowed to spread tenants rent information and nothing is done to him. He also is allowed to play loud music and doesn’t get reprimanded.

Extremely disrespectful company. I had set an appointment to meet with a real estate agent, told her it was an hour commute out of my way to get there. Let her know when I left my place and my approximate arrival time. Which was within the appointment-only open house window that we were meeting during. I got there when I said I would, texted her, and she said she had gotten an application on the apartment and left during the middle of her open house and "would not come back." So if you enjoy wasting your own time, work with these guys.

I wish I had more hands so I could give Gutman Management 4 thumbs down. Unprofessional, rude, avoids calls, and slow to make their poor repairs.
