Do not hire this company. You will save yourself lots of money and headaches. We hired them in October 2022 to repair a water leak in the den. We hired them again in December 2022 to do some electrical work and install A/C system in the entire house. The water leak started again as soon as the rain season began. They did the electrical work, but never finished the A/C and completely damaged our ceiling while installing the ducts. Mr. Gutierrez keeps ignoring our calls and messages. We will do anything in our power to get our money back and we hope that no body has to go through everything we have been going thru. We had them redo our roof and after the first rain. It leaked. They did come out to fix the leaks, but never finished the job. They guarantee a 10 year warranty but won't come back out to fix the damages. Our roof still leaks when it rains and every time we message them, they say they will come out, but never do and now they want to act like they don't know who we are and don't recall ever doing work for us. So I guess we will have to take legal actions upon them. Save yourself the headache, and just go with someone else. They are not reliable at all! Highly do not recommend them.

What can I say? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Below is a description of why ALL the above apply. My wife and I hired them on February 1, 2023 to convert our garage. The last day they came to work was April 28, 2023. They left the job unfinished, and very poor workmanship and unpermitted electrical work. They didn't even pull the correct permits! I eventually had to go through their bond to get money to finish the job, and it's still not finished. It's now August 19, 2023, and I am barely able to get another company to finish the job because all the other contractors didn't want to trust the work that was already done. Literally, had 5 companies come look at it to finish it, and only ONE was willing to help finish it. The Bond company won't even cover the poor workmanship, because the language

Wish I could give less than 0. They replaced the roof of my den one year ago. They caused more damage due to incomplete work and the roof leaked with recent rain.. They told me I have a 5 year warranty but won't come back to fix. Do not use!!...And after seeing the reply below, of course, they never sent a message.

The absolute worst customer service! This company did a lousy job and when I began having issues, they DO NOT RESPOND and DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! They simply ignore calls, texts, email - they won't return and fix the mess they caused.
