I put an offer in on a house that was being sold by these guys and WOW... They were extremely rude to our real estate agent and cost their client the sale. Our agent showed us the email they sent her and I could not believe it... Our inspector found all sorts of issues and they said "our inspector picked the house apart to justify his high fees" and implied that he didn't know what he was talking about. Keep in mind, they said all this before even speaking with their own client.. How unprofessional... They also said that they were going to advise their client to cancel the deal.... I could not believe a real estate agent would say that WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING their client first! I would be so angry if I were trying to sell my house and my real estate agent said that to potential buyers.

I can't speak highly enough of Daneen at Gurney, Becker, and Bourne. I am a first time home buyer and had absolutely no idea how to start navigating through the process. I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent an email, sent a text message and no one was able to help me out? If you’re truly that busy, you can just get back to people and say, “sorry we cannot help you out right at this moment.” Or something at least?
