Gulfshore Apartment Homes

I have lived in this community for several years and I suggest you look anywhere else. The cheapest trailer park in the worst parts of Ft. Myers, Lehigh or Imokalee is better run than Gulfshore. My biggest complaint is that the communication from the office is terrible and they don't care about how much they (or the slow as molasses maintenance team) inconvenience the residents. I've gone without a working washing machine for over a week and the office just didn't understand why that was a problem for someone working in Healthcare. They just don't care. Ever. Its most obvious with the emails they send residents. I cannot stress how much the emails they send out make no sense because of how poorly theyre written. I have never seen so many cockroaches ever than I have at Gulfshore apartments. This complex is not clean and unsanitary. This is a smoke-free community. I have asthma and people smoke here- even the employees drive around on their golf carts and smoke cigarettes. Many of the people who live here smoke marijuana too and it smells terrible. There are trash bags on the landings all week-end long. If the trash company is not available to pick up the trash stays out on the landings. And people do not bring their trash cans in like they are supposed to. There are so many other cleaner places to live in the area which charge the same amount of money for rent.

I had a very disappointing experience living in this condominium. They rented us an old and overpriced apartment, and now they are charging us a move-out fee as if the place were brand new. Michel, who had always been polite before, spoke very disrespectfully to my husband when we were leaving and even confronted him in a rude manner. They claim this is a smoke-free community, yet people smoke openly—neighbors and even workers. I absolutely do not recommend this place and would never consider living here again. On top of everything, they even charged me double for utilities. Honestly, they don’t even deserve zero stars.

Mitchell, Sofia, and Samantha are a fantastic team. They worked hard to get me an awesome lease. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an apartment in a good location.

Living here has been an outstanding experience. The community feels safe, peaceful, and well-maintained—exactly what I was looking for in a home. Samantha and the office staff are exceptional: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Maintenance is just as impressive—quick to respond and always reliable. I truly appreciate the care and effort this team puts into making this a great place to live.
