Very sketchy real estate company and in my opinion awful at best. Be very careful with this company in a real estate transaction. This was one of the worst real estate deals I’ve ever been in and Henry Albrecht was horrible in my opinion.

I have dealt with more Real Estate agents than most people have. Henry Albrecht and his team are kind, knowledgeable and completely professional. I would highly recommend them for Real Estate services in Cape Coral, Florida.

I live in Pinellas County , saw a home on Zillow and arranged a visit. I spoke with Suzanne Perstad and asked her to confirm that a specific room was at least 20x15 (needed to accommodate my pool table) before I took the 5+ hour trip. She assured me that the room was large enough. IN short, it was not even close, and she totally wasted my time. Very unprofessional. P.S. She did state"Sorry about that" I guess that was intended to mitigate the long wasted trip that was essentially all due to the fact that she gave me inaccurate data. If she didn't KNOW, she should have trotted to the house and measured before inducing me to make the trip. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
