Nice and well respected for what ever reason??! 😵‍💫 but when it comes to the sale of your home they seem like it's no biggie to them. They are fine with your home sitting on the market for ever and a day even if that means hardship for yourself and family. Like a sense of urgency would be nice. I get that you take on every single project in the ascension dville area but if you can't handle it don't bite off more then you can chew period.

Didn't help in any way, very greedy and lazy. Seemed to take it personally when I said I did not like a house. Did not listen to our requirements. Only houses we saw we found ourselves and they would mention at the very end that they either had offers already or needed one within a day. Tried to convince us to offer more than we could afford. Told us they would not show houses on the weekend. After we stopped sending them house ideas they didn't email back at all. New agent sighed and said he was sorry we saw them first because they have a reputation for this sort of behavior. Atrocious.

I would not recommend this agency if the experience my brother had with them is any indication of how they do business. Half truths told, no return phone calls for days after leaving messages and very misleading with the information provided. Very disappointed that a local business is run this way.

Awesome people to rent from. We rent a large private RV lot from them. Never had a problem been here a year next month.
